I. Equipment Overview
The flash dryer is primarily used for drying block-shaped, filter cake-shaped, powdered, and granular materials. It is a high-efficiency, energy-saving drying equipment developed by our company.
Hot air enters the stirring and crushing drying chamber from the bottom of the dryer at a certain speed through the air inlet, exerting strong shearing, blowing, and rotating effects on the material. As a result, the material undergoes centrifugal force, shearing, collision, and friction, leading to micronization, which enhances mass and heat transfer. At the bottom of the dryer, larger and wetter particle agglomerates are mechanically broken down by the stirrer. Particles with lower moisture content and smaller particle size are carried upward by the rotating airflow, undergoing further drying during the ascent. Due to the rotational flow of the gas-solid phases, the inertia of the solid phase is greater than that of the gas phase, resulting in a relatively high relative velocity between the two phases. This intensifies the heat transfer effect between the phases, giving the machine a high drying intensity.
II. Equipment Features
1. Multiple feeding device options available, ensuring continuous and stable feeding without bridging phenomena.
2. A special cooling device is installed at the bottom of the dryer, preventing material deterioration in the high-temperature zone.
3. Special air pressure sealing device and bearing cooling device effectively extend the service life of the transmission parts.
4. A unique air distribution device reduces equipment resistance and balances the airflow velocity within the tower.
5. The drying chamber is equipped with a grading ring and swirl vanes, allowing adjustable and controllable material fineness and final moisture content.
6. The high circumferential air velocity in the drying chamber shortens material residence time, effectively preventing material wall adhesion and deterioration of heat-sensitive materials.
